WHEN TO CONTACT US


We can assess concerns such as:


• Engine management and other dashboard warning lights.

• Loss of power or poor performance.

• Starting difficulties or uneven running.

• Unusual noises or vibrations.

MORE THAN A FAULT CODE


A fault code can point towards a problem, but it does not always identify the component that needs replacing. We combine diagnostic information with relevant inspections and testing to investigate the underlying cause.


Some faults require more investigation than others, particularly when they occur intermittently. We’ll explain the initial diagnostic charge and agree any further investigation with you before proceeding.



WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?


Once we’ve assessed the issue, we’ll explain what we’ve found, any further checks needed and the recommended next steps. Where a repair is required, we’ll discuss the cost before carrying it out.
